Very nice , polite and very explanatory.
Unfortunately my vehicle was totaled 2 weeks after purchasing the extended warranty from Endurance. I called the number on my contract was immediately connected with Matt who was very helpful and got me my full refund without any hassles. I will definitely be going through them for my next.

matt was my representative he was very informative, polite and patients to everything I was speaking to him about. when I called and got matt I was angry about a part I was not approved for, by your company, but once I finished speaking to matt I was feeling so much better. matt is an excellent representative for your company. my suggestion to your company would be keep matt.
