Justen was very helpful to me He made sure I understood what was happening with my policy and offered me suggestions to help solve my problem. He had an extra special attitude about him that made you want to talk about what ever was happen with you.After talking with him I felt like my problem would be handled with care. I have been with Endurance for about a year and one of things that makes it pleasant is Steven *******. He is an great individual and a stand out guy. He finished out my claim and explained details to me with patience and made me feel as if I mattered. He was able to get my issues with the rental on a labor day weekend resolved when I was sent back and forth with different people that eventually ended up with a hung-up phone. He makes your company shine!!!!!
