So far so good other than some administrative hiccups when the warranty was set up. The recent interaction on the phone, the representative was fantastic! She was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable!
The woman helping me was very professional and answered my questions.

I spoke with T.... in customer ********************** this morning. She was easy to understand and patient in listening to all my questions. She explained things very thoroughly and provided me with all the information I needed. She was very pleasant and helpful.
I was tempted to leave Endurance and go back to CAR SHIELD, about a month ago I needed a tow and it took about two hours to get a truck, unacceptable! I just tried to hold off and called today about a problem and I spoke to a ***** lady I believe her name was ******* and she was kind courteous and very professional which made me realize Im going to stay with Endurance
No problem they have me covered I have faith they will take care of my truck
I called ahead of having the needed work done on the car to see what would be covered, since my last experience only had $108 paid toward an &**** ****!******* was extremely polite, professional and courteous as I learned that of the new estimate that was still required, only $300 of the $1000 would be covered! My question then to ******* was to please help me justify the monthly cost of $159 for this policy that obviously couldve been spent to help me cover the previous $2100!!
