Called in with a couple questions in regards to my current plan . The service representative was quick to come up with a solution we both felt was fair. Haven't used the actual repair portion which can be bittersweet hopefully when I do actually file a claim it will be as smooth as this process .
I rate Art with a 5! I just spoke with Art regarding a letter re late payment. I called to confirm that I was enrolled in autopsy. Art informed me that policy was paid off, and to disregard notice. I want to thank Micheal for his professional attitude concerning my problem. He was very eager to resolve it and went the extra mile to do so. In addition, I feel that he is a asset to Endurance and the staff should be aware of it. When I left the conversation with him I felt that I was a client not just another clog in the wheel. He made me feel as if Endurance cared for my concerns and how important my vehicle is to me and my family.
