We've been Endurance customer about 3 years and are very pleased with their warranty coverage! Today we were serviced by the administrative office staff, ***************************, who was very friendly and professional, and gave excellent assistance!!!
I shopped quite a few car warranty companies and found out they get a bad reputation for a reason. Not Endurance. The person I spoke with was incredibly professional, no pressure, was available to answer all of my questions and ultimately found an affordable plan that fit my needs. Car buying is so stressful and this was the least stressful part of the process. I highly recommend them. I was at first put off that I couldn't get an online quote, but was so happy to speak with such a professional. Great experience!
Well I haven't had to use the warranty yet, and I just called to request to suspen this month,payment and the lady was very nice and she did take care of that,so that was.a blessing for me,I think I have been with Endurance for 1 or 2yrs and haven't used them yet.
