*************************** was my agent. He was super fantastic helping me understand my contract! Endurance is very lucky to have him working for them!!!! He was so patient and knowledgeable about Edurance's contract! He is probably the nicest and most patient agent that I have ever had.
The representative was very responsive to my situation. I had just started the *************** made a double charge so I requested a Refund.
Agent was very helpful, willing to go the extra mile.
Up to this point I was completely satisfied ??, my A/C went out on my car, I took it to Pepboys, who failed to summit proper forms, repaired my A/C and because due to negligence Endurance forfeited leading me with a bill that caused me to miss 2 days of work, I lnow Pepboys was irresponsible, but my complant with Endurance they didn't allow this to be made right, it was two days later before Pepboys emailed me the paper work witch was still incorrect, but done.
