The team at Epiphany were great..very professional, prompt and kind. Specifically, Dr. Amanda Geiter took such great care of me for an in office surgical procedure as well as with my routine visits. She was very thorough and gave me all of my options leading up to the procedure. She also talked me through every step of the procedure and made me comfortable the entire time. I would highly recommend Epiphany and Dr. Amanda for any of your Dermatology needs. She is a wonderful doctor and someone who you can trust!
I was made to feel welcome that minute I walked in. Everyone was so nice and so efficient. I was checked in quickly then called within 5 minutes. The staff member who brought me to the room was very nice and personable. Dr. Schlesinger was thorough and had great recommendations. I am newer to SC and did not have a good experience with the first dermatologist I saw in Charleston but was so happy to have found a practice that I can trust and feel comfortable with.
The practice is very organized from quick & cordial front desk processing to prompt staff take-in in exam room to Dr. Schlesinger start of examination. Dr. Schlessinger is genuinely concerned about the well being of his patients & thoroughly looks for areas of risk. He recommends action but allows the patient to make the decision. He's very smart and knows dermatology inside and out. He has produced good results for me and I trust him.
I had a great experience at this dermatologist’s office. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Dr Schlesinger did my biopsy was done quickly and professionally, and everything was clearly explained. I really appreciated how kind and organized everyone was — highly recommend this office! Really amazing experience here with Ryan Trout, PA and his assistant (wish I could remember her name). They were absolutely wonderful and even squeezed me in for a minor procedure the same day I had my visit so I didn’t have to come back. That and the quick scheduling for the appointment will make me come back for any future derm needs.
