Ryan Trout is always knowledgeable, answers questions readily, and offers assistance in process to obtain difficult to fill prescriptions at a more affordable price! My husband and I both value his attention to detail and addressing any issues we have. As long as Ryan is at Ephiany, we will be loyal patrons!

Front office and medical staff were friendly and welcoming. Medical staff explained what they were doing and provided me assurance and comfort. However, I was a little concerned that I did not witness medical staff perform hand hygiene before they began my procedure.
