Front office and medical staff were friendly and welcoming. Medical staff explained what they were doing and provided me assurance and comfort. However, I was a little concerned that I did not witness medical staff perform hand hygiene before they began my procedure.

Everyone is so nice. Robin, at the front desk is always so helpful and friendly. The staff is always so friendly and pleasant. I like Ryan Trout. He’s very thorough and kind.
