Excellent front desk customer service. The assistant was very professional while treating me as a person and not a number. She was very friendly and listened to everything I said. Buchi is the BEST! Dawn P always makes me feel so comfortable when I’m in for a problem. Went in today for some scalp bumps and she was so understanding and explained everything so well. I had 4 precancerous spots frozen in just minutes and walked out feeling great! She is a wonderful and caring person who truly listens with care! Thank you Dawn!
