Getting an appointment changed is SOOO frustrating. What part of "change an appointment" don't they understand? They want to either CANCEL my duplicate appointments, or book me 3 WEEKS out to remove stitches! After 7 - count them SEVEN - phone calls over TWO DAYS, I still can't get them to understand a simple request. The last person I spoke with said my appointments were on Saturday, 2/24.
