Dr A let me know exactly what he was going to do and, how he was going to treat me. His nurses were very knowledgeable as well. They were very nice each time I was there.

My wait was longer than expected however as always customer service was hectic but nothing less than expected, Dr A was able to clarify and better educate me about my condition which gave me more knowledge to manage it better.

I have never been to a dermatologist. Had no idea what was going to happen. But things went ok. The burn tool was hard to remember to keep my eyes closed but am a fast learner.
