The staff was very busy so I understand. However it took way longer for this procedure than the last one I had done. I was in there for 4 hours, the staff only checked on me three times. When i was told the Dr would be right in, it was at least a 30 minute wait. As I said they had a full schedule, but this visit was a different experience than the last, back in October.
