I got the appointment. I did not have to wait long in waiting room. But the assistant coming to get me was u professional in demeanor and had dirty tennis shoes. Made no effort to be welcoming. The PA I saw was very odd, abrupt, forced smile and one felt like she just wanted to get you out of the room as fast as possible. I felt rushed and less than and not worthy of being seen. It was very odd. Not a friendly visit.
The staff was very busy so I understand. However it took way longer for this procedure than the last one I had done. I was in there for 4 hours, the staff only checked on me three times. When i was told the Dr would be right in, it was at least a 30 minute wait. As I said they had a full schedule, but this visit was a different experience than the last, back in October.
