We didn’t have to wait long in the lobby or the patient room. Overall very efficient appointment. Dr. Kerner and assistants were very helpful, answered my questions and explained things completely.

The waiting room was completely full, the staff moved everyone orderly and efficiently. I observed three staff members coordinating with each other to get patients taken care of quickly. They are all amazing, professional and kind. Dr. Kerner is always caring, takes his time and answers your questions. Great visit!
