Friendly efficient & helpful front desk staff. Being greeted by all those pretty smiles sure helps this nervous ole lady.. Dr. Jennifer H. was very thorough providing details before the procedure. Explaining some things like a tugging may be felt when she does the stitches. She made me feel very comfortable.

When the clinic is full of patients, the staff appear to be under a great deal of stress, and it shows. The young lady who assisted my dermatologist seemed as though she did not want to be there. Overall, however, the staff are nice, and the clinic is clean and well maintained.
