I wasn’t in the waiting room more than 10 minutes before I was placed in a room, was asked about what condition or concerns needed to be addressed waited about another 15 minutes, doctor came in and gave me an upper body scan , addressed my concerns, removed a small patch of tissue that was bothering me and nurse put a bandage on it , gave me instructions on how to take care of it and I was out .

The appointment was very quick, and concise. All of the spots and skins concerns were explained but explained quickly. I did get a sheet of apparel explaining the issues and I will search for further info on them and ways to help. Sadly I waited longer in the exam room then it seem like the actually appointment took.

I walked in to make a appt, the young lady that took care of me was super nice and efficient. She offered me a slot that had been cancelled and I got seen. Dr. kerner like always is great. He took care of my concern and I’ll hear from them when they get my lab results 👍🏻
