I was in the examination room within 5 minutes and saw Ryan within 10. He is always professional and personable. His assistant was very good also. The office staff were friendly and efficient.

Receptionist was great as well as Dr. Kerner. The only criticism I would have is the floors were pretty nasty. I saw hair and other debris that made it looked like no one had swept or mopped the exam room I was in. I also saw the instrument tray stand looked like it had droplets of blood and was all spotty looking. It didn’t look clean at all. I had a 10 am visit, so that room couldn’t have got that way that fast. Other than that, I love the care I received. A little more housecleaning! Thanks!
