My visit was very good. Everyone in the office and the examination room were very helpful and polite as always.

It was my first time getting Halo. Andrea made me feel at ease, I knew what to expect as she explained everything with precise detail. She also explained what to expect afterwards. The only thing that didn't work was the email. I had a couple of questions but the emails never went through or never got answered.
