Very efficient but personal. Also, the PA and nurse worked well together. I felt well taken care of.

Felt rushed, I didnt get till an hour after my scheduled time with no attempt to let me know they were running late. Felt like front desk wasnt listening to me and my mom when we went to ask about the pharmacy. My mom asked if she can make sure which pharmacy we needed because I wasnt sure of address. Front desk answered " yes we do have the 20 something address on montana. " so my mom said , no we need the 10600 address and she didnt seem to type in the change. I was happy with the doctor, but the nurse who was in my room to get me ready for the doctor was not pleasant. She was angry that I didn’t answer the phone. I cannot hear the phone, and have asked for them to call my daughter, Pam. She takes care of everything for me.
All staff there is rude and always in a bad mood
