The order for prescribed medication never made it to the pharmacy. Several calls to the doctor’s office to ask that they resend the prescription, proved fruitless. The receptionist stated it was sent and the pharmacy would tell me they never received it. A message was left at the doctor’s office regarding the problem I was experiencing and it took them a week to call me back.
