This is a horrible practice!!! They push drugs on you that you don’t need. They also report you to collections even when you try and pay your bill. Will never recommend!!!
be careful! Dr wider admitted she had been handing out prescriptions of semiglutide luke it's candy to all patients! sounds like she gets kick backs form the big pharma! these people don't care about you or your health! don't waste your time and money here
Just an awful experience. Their billing department has given me three different amounts, we have paid the amounts twice…and yes, I confirmed amounts prior to service. However, I was told that due to an error on how they entered the services in, I’m on the hook for an additional $400. Just got another bill a year later. These folks are amateur night when it comes to their billing. Never again! NEVER AGAIN!!!
Makes you wait over half an hour, then spends less than five minutes diagnosing you, not listening to the real problem.
We sat in the waiting room for 2 hours due to their mistake and they were not willing to make any accommodations for us.
Dr Plott is an outstanding Dermatologist . My most recent visit for a check up I was not seen by Dr Plott and the person who I did see was a poor communicator. Since it became Epiphany it’s not as welcoming. I’ve not given up. Because of Dr Plott‘s expertise I’ll try again. I’m hoping that staff leadership will address the issues.
