I need a procedure day of due to a customer and the front desk fit me in that day and we’re so sweet when handling the situation. The Dr. and assistant were great answered all my question. However, cashier was a bit rude when I told her to bill me she refused and demanded payment. I’m not even sure this was billed through insurance. She was not clear and did not seem to want to answer questions.Â
The people in the office are very nice. Lindsey did a great job on my treatment.Â
