Pleasant staff. Nurse and Doctor introduced themselves by name.
The staff is professional and friendly. Listening is their strong point. I was very comfortable.
Check in was easy. Bridget Shaw was very personable, knowledgeable and professional.

No problems. Check in and visit went as expected in a professional medical facility. There is however a new communication system called Klara. The name and its functioning is most peculiar, designed by someone who has no idea about User Intrfaces..

The providers and their services are professional and careful. The infrastructure and organization involving setting up appointments and callbacks is HORRENDOUS! One can not talk to a real person, just texts or endless phone loops!!
