I had a spot on me the grew really fast. You got me in fairly quickly. And called me when an earlier appointment became available.

I originally made the appointment because my hair is falling out and was told I would have to make a separate appointment for that problem even though that is the reason the appointment was scheduled. And then the attention was directed to a rash that’s on my neck. Registration and check-in went smoothly and politely - totally satisfied. Taylor, the MA, also was polite and efficient. The visit with the doctor was methodical and thorough but very rushed. I felt like I was in a race to be out the door in record time. I didn’t even get the opportunity to ask my questions or receive explanations. I was extremely disappointed. The providers and their services are professional and careful. The infrastructure and organization involving setting up appointments and callbacks is HORRENDOUS! One can not talk to a real person, just texts or endless phone loops!!
