No problems. Check in and visit went as expected in a professional medical facility. There is however a new communication system called Klara. The name and its functioning is most peculiar, designed by someone who has no idea about User Intrfaces..

All was OK except for your check-in. The tablet that was given to me was not working as it should. I have never used one before. What's wrong with paper? I was also very tired & things had not gone well all morning. That tablet was the last straw. I did ask for help & received a little. I could not answer some of the questions because I'm not a doctor & don't understand the medical terms used.
