My time with the doctor was very brief and felt quite dismissive. The majority of the conversation was focused on the cost of the treatment I was requesting rather than the care itself. I have good insurance and I came in to talk about my issues- not money. Not ideal for someone who is supposed to be there to help. Support staff was very kind though. Will be going elsewhere in the future.

I can not say enough about Dr Jeanie Chung and her nurse and the front desk. How kind. How caring. How attentive. How lucky are we to have such a knowledgeable doctor as Dr Chung in our community. I am moved to tears w gratitude

When booking an appointment we had to wait less than a week to get in which put us at ease. Then we drove over an hour to our appointment and hit construction and several delays along the way, making us about 15 minutes late. I called ahead to let them know, and they were incredibly kind and appreciative of the heads-up — they told us not to worry and just to drive safely. I came in for adult acne as a new patient. The doctor stood across the room from me and asked me questions. Only when I insisted did she walk across and take a one-second glance. No thorough skin exam. Nothing else. I'll never go back.

The doctors and staff at Epiphany Dermatology were so knowledgeable and so kind. They truly listened to my concerns and answered any questions I had - they really made me feel welcome and important to them as a patient.
