From the time we walked in the door, until we left everyone was wonderful. The office staff was warm and inviting. They were able to fit my husband in at the same time in spite of the busyness of the day. Doctor Nern was amazing. She addressed all three of my issues and dealt with them in the moment. She also treated my husband's concerns on the spot. Peter (intern I believe) was very efficient and courteous. Overall the best appointment I have ever had with a specialist. I would give them 10 stars if available.

I was seen promptly and the staff was very kind. I went in for a full body skin check. The doctor was very quiet but professional. She spent about 5 minutes examining my skin. I suppose I was expecting a conversation about what she was seeing (I have a lot of sun damage). She froze a little spot on my nose and the exam was over in about 5 minutes. I guess I left a little disappointed just because I was hoping to be educated more on dealing with aging skin.
