The facilities are comfortable and the people are pleasant. They seem genuinely interested in my skin health. Getting an appointment with an MD may take months, but PA appointments are available reasonably quickly. I have found the PAs attentive and very knowledgeable, conducting careful exams and thoroughly answering my questions.

I had received several mailers to set an appt at a clinic near me on Paseo. I called multiple times on different days. Each time, a voice recording played; then would disconnect with no opportunity to leave a message. I finally googled a main number and had an appt for an exam which was at a clinic quite far for me. The “Dr” they had me see was a midlevel, not a physician. She was referred to as a doctor. She was, however, quite pleasant and personable.
