I have worked with John and his team on several occasions and this is my second review. The reason I decided to write another review was because John helped me purchase a home in 2020 at the height of the pandemic when getting a loan was extremely tough. First off, John was able to get the seller to agree on reducing the asking price by 70k. Second, he got me a loan with an interest rate of 2.75%. First of all they made my transaction very smooth. I was in the middle of working with another company and I stopped because Equinox what's a lot more professional quicker and made it much more pleasant to work with. I remember I called one of the loan officers around 9 at night and they pick up the phone right away and took the time to talk to me and answer all my questions. I would highly recommend them they are very professional and gave me extremely low rate when it came to refinance in my house. They are the best!!!!!

When we couldn't get a loan from Quicken, John Doan came to the rescue to alternative options to help get our cabin. Though it was a bit of a challenge having to go with bank statement loan and not w2, he was confident every step of the way. Even when we were bout to give up bc underwriting required sooooo mannnnny documents and took so long, he cheered us on to the end.
