Had to wait over an hour for my appointment. Would have been nice to get a call to come later. I was not comfortable waiting due to having surgery and not being able to bend my leg.

Went to see doctor Eifler on a Wednesday and had surgery on Monday. I had ruptured my distal bicep tendon and was not in the best of spirits. He put my mind at ease. He is a very warm, kind friendly man who obviously has a vast knowledge and even though he is master of his craft he remains humble. I was seen the same day I called for a displaced clavicle fracture. The office was friendly, efficient, and professional. Dr Eifler was a great communicator and explainer of my injury. He scheduled me for surgery 5 days later. I was having much less pain and much more mobility with my arm when I arrived for my surgery. During my prep, he came in and examined my arm mobility and almost non-existent pain. I just had my surgery, Dr Eifler had done an excellent job...He personally called to follow up my condition on the same day, which i appreciated very much. The staff makes me feel cared for and took away my fear of surgery.
Very pleased with my visit with the Dr. & the office staff was very helpful. I was disappointed though, when I found out the knee surgeries are only done once a month & if have to travel so far. I have been severe pain for over two months &have taken MANY tests & been shifted around with doctors. Now I'm waiting for clearance which is going to have me waiting even longer! I am homebound & in extreme pain & barely able to walk. I am very depressed with the situation & feel like I'm getting nowhere!
