Dr. Eifler, his staff, the facility...all amazing!! Things could not have gone better. They made me feel like a human and not just another number that was passing through the wings. Very professional yet very personable! I have had a total of 6 different surgeries in my life and this is the only one I can honestly say I wouldn't have changed a thing! The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Eifler has explained the surgical process to me in a manner that alleviates my fear and anxiety of the procedure.Ā
Cannot think of a single thing to suggest you do to improve as my visit was wonderful... from the moment I walked in the door all the staff were great, everybody was friendly, responsive and organized and Dr Eifler was on target and very easy to work with. I wouldn't change a thing.Ā
The staff/providers we're very friendly and helpful. Didn't run too far behind either, they valued my time as well as theirs! I would recommend them!Ā
Not anything other work on it so when we are in for the shots try to get so both knees can be done at once. I know it is difficult on everyone in the office as they must make room for someone that needs an appointment for more than just shots. Other than that everyone is great takes care of needs.Ā
