Very professional and concerned about my needs
I saw Dr. Eifler in Mar 2017 with constant pain in my left shoulder. We started with non-surgical options (Cortisone and PT), which helped with flexibility and mobility, but didn't resolve the pain. I just finished surgery on 6/15/17 and I am finally on the road to recovery after 4+ years of shoulder pain. As an active athlete, I can assure you, I’m so relieved I found Dr. Eifler. Dr Eifler is awesome. Called me the evening of my surgery to see how I was doing...pre op nurse was top of her game very knowledgeable, confident and professional. Dr Weitz the anesthesiologist did a great job...I had no nausea issues after my release.
From my first call to Tracy. Tracy Schedule all my appointments & schedule my surgery & keeping up on all the records & paperwork & Keeping me informed. Fantastic Job. Jordan who looked at my knee & gave me that feeling i was in good hands.She gave me information on what to expect the day of surgery. Dr Eilfer followed up 1 week before surgery with me. Been sick for months since he injected something He injected something into my shoulder and by the time I got to the parking lot, I thought i was going to have to call an ambulance, I almost passed out and my hearing still has not fully returned. The pain and tightness in my neck and shoulders was unbearable and has never stopped. I have felt sick and unable to do the things i used to do. He also put in my report that I had a back injury, but I never did.
They appreciate the fact that I am busy and in pain. I have never had to wait after my scheduled time. And they don't do that trick of moving me from the waiting room to an exam room only to sit for 40 minutes. Within 5-10 minutes in the exam room I can seen. Dr. Eifler or Jordan take their time and answer questions.
Suite incorrect on website, Doctor name not listed on door, suite. When come into office two windows, not clear where to go. I signed on on sign in sheet at wrong desk, noted doctor name and new patient and 30 min later I went and asked if needed copy of my insurance card and then was told I signed in at wrong desk. Not cool!
From the time I walked in the receptionist never greeted me. PA didn't induce yourself until after she started talking. The X-ray tech didn't introduce herself and was not very personable kept smacking her gums like she was chewing gum. The receptionist when I walked out to pay the receptionist/ billing wasn't sure what she was doing. She kept saying sorry.
I felt like they weren't very personable. Their bedside manner was not the standards. Time I walked in the receptionist X-ray tech the PA the doctor and the billing receptionist. Nobody seem to really know what they were doing. The doctor or the PA never showed me my MRI. The only thing I did see was x-ray they just took. I am not happy about the service.
