I had a total knee replacement. At two weeks he took me off pain meds. In great pain couldn't do phy therapy at three months he wouldn't call me back. Went to pain man they took pic of my red swollen hot knee and he called in antibiotics. Saw him two weeks later ankle swollen. Said it was ok. Called and called again no responce again. Absolutely horrible office staff!!!! Dr. Eifler is amazing but when it comes to trying to schedule an appointment forget about it! I became a patient a few years ago had 1 appointment then a year later called the office for another appointment after I got my mri everything was fine. I had informed them a year ago that my insurance changed and I only carried 1 insurance. I asked if I was going to need a referral from my primary care since I had different insurance now and they informed me NO because I was an established patie... read more
