Could not be more satisfied with Eric, in some ways owe my life to him and can not imagine a higher compliment to offer a health care specialist. Sadly, I am no longer able to see him simply because of the clinic where he works. Constant delays and inability of the support staff to respond in any meaningful ways to simple requests have forced me to abandon a provider who I could not possibly think more of.
Eric is very smart and cares very much about his patients.
I came in the have my cyst drained, he did that. Took him 3 hours to get to me, maybe 30 minutes of interaction/care, 5 minutes maximum of verbal communication with no helpful information or direction. Thankfully this was my second time having it drained so I knew the process from the doctor who took care of me the first time, because he was professional, communicated clearly, treated me like a human being, and so forth.
