Very dismissive! Staff was friendly but visit took 5 hours ! He would walk out of the room while still talking to me . Seemed unsure while telling me the “ treatment” . Soon as appt was over told me to get on the internet and read about the “ diagnosis “ that don’t make sense as in that’s the reason why I’m there to get an answer from a professional not the internet ???? Worst dr I have encountered . Very rushed!!!!!!

Eric is as dismissive as everyone says he is. Refuses to see patient after an ER visit, all previous appointments go about as expected. Very few words, doesn’t even read the papers he signs and gives out esa letters or work excuses like candy. Has no regard for patients nor does he know or read patient history. Does whatever he can to make you wait and rushing you out at the same time.

I thought the staff in the office were great. Wait time in urgent care is never great, so I knew I would have to wait a bit. The reason for my low review is the impersonal nature of Eric Johnson. He never looked up from his computer screen. Pretty sure our words exchanged were less than ten. Felt like a transactional experience. I decided to leave a review in hopes that maybe he’d read this and trying to make a bit more of an effort moving forward. I guess you get what you get when you go to urgent care.

I’ve never had a doctor be as dismissive and uncaring.

It couldn’t have been worse. No eye contact Thank goodness he just asked questions, made me feel like a complete idiot. gave me two prescriptions that did not work for me. When I called to let him know they were not working. Well he wants me to come back in. I don’t have insurance. The cost was 140 dollars for the first visit. He doesn’t care about anybody except himself and how He can drag your illness out for as long as possible because the longer your sick the fatter his wallet gets.

My experience was waiting with a 3 month old and a 2 year old in a grimy office for an hour only to meet an unfriendly nurse and Eric Johnson who didn't even look at me when they were asking all of the standard questions. Not a fit for me.

Awful. Always leaves me waiting for hrs and when he does attend; he doesnt seem to listen; help resolve the issue, nor does he even seem the least bit interested. He has never shown any "bedside manner" whatsoever. He always requires an appt for the smallest request; yet hasnt the courtesy to see me timely....EVER! One star is actually generous.

Horrible PA. He came into the room, listened to why I was there, then proceeded to say "be right back" and disappear for about 20 mintutes to go into a DIFFERENT patients room. I was shocked and frustrated.I told his nurse and asked if he could come back in my room.He came back, not acknowledging what he did.He proceeded to do this TWO more times before I decided I was going to leave.I was at the office 4 hrs. I guess my case of medical illness was too difficult for him to handle or understand
