Eric and Team are fantastic and there are so many roadblocks that could come up when financing a home - timing, forms, etc... In our case - we were moving to AZ from another state. VIP made it SUPER simple and easy. Eric was always available for questions and made sure that anything we needed was covered or answered. I would highly recommend VIP Mortgage Inc. and will certainly use VIP for refinancing and/or our next purchase!
