Eric and his team did an amazing job! I had a few hiccups in my house hunt with the seller pulling out of our first contract and his team stayed by my side and answered all of our questions and picked right back up once we found our new house. After multiple unanswered calls/emails to our current mortgage holder in response to a refinance letter they sent us in the mail, we decided to call Eric and see if he could help us with a refinance. Eric responded immediately, answered all of our questions and concerns, and got the process started the same day. He and Melissa kept us informed throughout the entire process and we could not be happier with the service they provided. This was, by far, the smoothest refinance we have experienced.
