Minimum extra effort on my part for documentation. Went through a similar process a couple of years ago with TD Bank. Nightmare. Seems there was always something more needed. Eventually abandoned the application because I felt they were not serious. This time around the experience was much better with Mutual of Omaha along with Eric and Josh.
