I was very please with the work Erie completed to channel water from my basement floor. In addition, I was extremely happy that Erie took the time to assess what was actually needed to fix the real problem as opposed to just selling me the standard solution. Fitting the solution to fit the client's needs was extremely appreciative.

Erie Home Basement Solutions did a great job on my basement waterproofing job
The team was very professional and the job performed and price were exactly what was quoted. All debris was hauled away and any mess was cleaned up. So far no water and we now have our once dry basement back. I would highly recommend Erie. Plus the price quoted included a lifetime warranty.

They did good work, were on time finished quickly on the third day that they didn’t even stay the whole day. Only complaint is with their clean up, after starting to return the stuff that was moved to the center of the room so they had space to work, I found a lot of rocks that I had to sweep up. Overall though everybody was professional and highly recommend them for your waterproofing needs. Job completed in the time stated but the days they were here lasted 10 and 12 hrs. I still had to clean up after they had gone. However my basement is finally dry.

Work was done in a timely manner. Cleanup could've been handled with more care but not terrible. Had to come back to finish after a plumbing issue was resolved (not on Erie Home). Friendly crew!

Before we called Erie, our basement would leak and caused water to pool in our basement every time it rained. Now we have sealed walls, a French drain and a new sump pump with no leaking. The crew was quick, nice and helpful. Thanks for helping us!
