I am satisfied with the job Erie did on waterproofing my basement. The workers were respectful and did a good job. I am, however disappointed in the extra $$ I’ve had to pay to get basement steps replaced, and to get the toilet replaced as I had not anticipated an extra 2500.00 for which I had not budgeted.

We had a few cracks in the basement filled last fall. It worked - no water. The only issue is the company left a mess on the floor at each wall crack. When we told them about the mess on the floor they did nothing. It is a good product, just protect your floors before the company begins work.

My basement has been dry and bearable. Had a few leaks where they had to come back and patch it up. My main sewer line got busted during the process and during the repair, I found shit in my backyard from one of the guys working on the project. And even after leaving MULTIPLE reviews, they keep harassing with links for more reviews Idk how many they're going to keep asking for
