Hi, ****. Thank you so much for leaving us an A+ review!
I contacted Erie home because I was impressed by their advertisements and needed a new roof. Their front people came in and explained the entire process for their building a roof or rebuilding one as the case may be and was very careful to not oversell their product. The construction crew arrived at my home at 7 oclock just as they promised. They worked diligently in 110 to 115 heat index all day long. Hi, ****. Thank you for taking the time to submit a review, we really appreciate it!
The sales guys were great making an extra trip to let me be sure of the color shingles I chose. I needed a new roof quick and they were able to make that happen. The crew worked a very long day and a long morning to complete my roof. They were very polite and cleaned up well. A couple of things to be aware of. They missed some nails in my gutters that ran out into my driveway. Also they left a box of shingles and never came back for them. I will use Erie again if I need another roof.
