We had to call them back with a question and they got back to us immediately. **** spent 6 hours explaining everything to us so by the time we signed the papers we understood what we were signing. The guy that worked on the roof was very pleasant and answered all our questions and he went above and beyond. They gave us like 5 cell phone numbers and we were able to talk to them immediately. My new roof looks great and gives me peace of mind to not have to worry about leaks or problems. It was totally replaced in one day. The workers were efficient replacing everything down to rafters.The work leader checked several times for any nails in yard concerned for my dog stepping on one.

What a great experience I had with Erie Home. Once the roof style was agreed upon and paperwork was signed, Erie Home was at my house within a week to tear down and install a new roof.Roofing crew was very professional and very knowledgeable about the installation. From start to finish, the crew was fantastic, they kept the area clean and safe during the entire process.I definitely recommend this company for your roofing needs.

They were terrific from beginning to end. Sales personnel are very knowledgeable and answered my 1,000 questions. Showed me exactly what was going to be used. Installers were careful to place tarps to catch trash. Cleanup was meticulous. No nails were left. Previous roofer left plenty on ground. They even helped me with a printer problem! Overall good. Contracted out the roof install, which was fine, work done in a timely manner. Some left over debris in the yard, but very minimal. Excess material that was brought for install was left, which was fine too. Pricey, but everything is anymore.
