My overall experience was good, work was done in a timely manner, and roofing crew did a very good job and were good about cleaning up after themselves. The installation supervisor was very attentive and kept us well informed. My only negatives would be the price which I feel was very high, and the salesperson not completely truthful. I specifically asked if they used sub-contractors and he said no, all their installers are company trained and work for the company. The crew told me they were sub-contractors. We had windows replaced. The Erie Home sales team was very thorough about the process from start to finish. Once the windows were manufactured, the installation was scheduled and the installers did a great job of installing in less than a day. They were very thorough and cleaned up all the debris afterward. We are very pleased with the overall outcome.

I chose Erie Home to replace the aged roof on my home, mainly because I liked the look of their metal roofing options. The crew arrived early in the morning and were finished by that afternoon. They were very professional and did a great job of cleaning up after the roof was installed. I'm exceptionally pleased with the results.

Erie Home Roofing came to my home and provided originally an estimate for a 50 year metal roof. My wife and I opted for the 30 year fiberglass reinforced shingle. Less than a week later a crew arrived at our home. They started stripping original roof at 7:30. Then laying down and water barrier they commenced roofing. Crew of four men and two women worked excellent together. All of the debris was loaded down the front of our home with large tarps to protect our home and landscaping.
