Erie Home has better products than the big box Home Improvement Stores. They gave me a great price a on installing a new roof and new gutters with **** *******. They replaced a lot of deteriorated wood on my roof which was covered in the original pricing, no extra fees.The did a great cleanup job. The only thing that caught me a little off guard was the fact that the job was subcontracted, and not done by guys wearing Erie Home shirts. The sub contractor did a great job. My new roof looks great. However, it was $******. More than a regular shingle roof. I was told it would be more energy efficient and wind resistant due to the fiberglass backing. Well see. Rains in *****, ** have yet to come. Their salesman was TOO good. Roof was installed etc in one day.

What is important to me is communication. When I called they responded within 5 minutes, I had tried communicating with about 8 other roofing companies and there was no response. Eriie Home sent a representative who not only was the sales person but also went up on the roof to inspect it. He took many pictures which he was able to explain some potential problems. They were able to install this large roof within a week. I always knew when each group was coming to our home.

They were great! They promised that they would be done in one day - and they were. They were hard working, took a lunch break and then right back at it! Everything that was promised - they did. It was a noisy job, but it was. We watched from the neighbors house but I feel that we could have left and they would have worked just as hard. Thanks Erie Home.
