I need an inhaler. Trying to get a refill for two days now. I was told he is in the office but busy and they can't prescribe it untill they speak with him but he is too busy to be interrupted so all they can do is just keep sending him messages (from within the office). Really??? Mind you, it's in my medical charts that I am asthamtic for years! In the meantime, I can't breathe! Terrible!
Seemed to want to finish the appointment as quickly as possible. Didn't bother to call back with results.
Refills called into wrong pharmacy. Patient seen on video and not told that she needed to come to office for refills. Doctor refused to give blood pressure medication to tide patient over until in person visit, after being out of medication
