I had a very pleasant and professionally conducted telehealth session with Dr. Williams. His staff is friendly, polished and professional. They guided me every step of the way with pre-telehealth advice and directions, then phoned me exactly when they indicated they would. Dr. Williams is pleasant, present and easy to talk to. I especially appreciate their accommodating my request for an appointment within 24 hours (call-back), as I was a new patient. I highly recommend Dr. Williams for your dermatologic needs.
I wonder if Dr. Williams had an off day when I came to see him. He seemed in a rush to move on to the next patient and basically said I had such and such and gave me a prescription. No explanation or detail of what I had or how I may have come to get it. I had to ask several questions just to get some basic answers. He made me feel like a child who had a common problem and should've known how to fix it before bothering their busy parent...
