The whole staff is very impressive. Dr. Williams is very good. He asks questions. He listens. He checks your skin and is very observant. The nurses are super nice and very prepared. The desk staff couldn't be nicer and are very good with insurance, etc..I highly recommend Essential Dermatology

Experience was fine. The staff was nice, but not particularly friendly. I felt heard by Dr. Cooper, and I know he is young, but he was very quiet & not warm. His patient rapport could use some work. If I had to go often, I'd probably find someone else.

I have been suffering for years with severe skin issues. I felt like I was being attacked and didn't know what it was. Finally with the help of Dr. Cooper, I think we have found a cure. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. Thank you Dr Cooper!
