Serving a large party you definitely need more than one waiter. Waited 1 1/2 hours for water. A waiter should never say your going to have to wait, I’m taking orders. The worst Menudo I have ever eaten or seen, no tripe or harmony ~ it was 6 piece of tripe and green. Enchiladas dry. They did not sing happy birthday, knowing we were celebrating two birthdays. Worst experience. Bathroom ran out of toilet paper and Filthy. Restaurant needs a New Manager and staff.
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. My party of 3 made a reservation for 7:30, but when we arrived, they had no table ready for us. They told us the inside was reserved for larger parties and offered us the option to sit at the bar or outside. We arrived earlier than our scheduled time of 9:30 only to be told the kitchen was closed. We had already waited and paid to park. Very dissatisfied. The reservation times need to be adjusted in this app so there is no confusion for any other guests.
heard really good reviews but my experience was decent, service was pretty slow we waited 30 minutes + just for server to come get the bill, carne asada fries & quesadilla was good, ceviche was okay & drinks were good also, overall probably wouldn’t come back but great aesthetic
If you will be dining, late night, please prepare to not having a full menu to chose from. We found this out after making our reservation and showing up to the place. Would have been good to have known this ahead of time. You will only have option of 3 choices of street tacos.
Staff were not familiar with the menu. No fajitas at a Mexican restaurant. Margarita was good but $18!! Club like fun environment which we liked but that’s not for everyone. Food just felt like it was a lower quality for example the shrimp were good sized but had a poor flavour texture. Chicken was dry and same for the beef. And the chips that came out were covered in oil and all broken up. So strange!!! See pic.
We went for our reservation and the host let's us know they must have not updated the schedule online but that they were going to close the kitchen at 8 for an event. We stayed for 1 drink it was good but that was it. The inside wasn't as cute as I had hoped
Well, I’m a reservations are OpenTable at 9:15pm on a Tuesday. I showed up and they tell me they close early. 
The worst place to dine at. We were seated in the Blue Room, which is what they called it. The server took our order and we waited forever for one plate at a time, she brought one plate every 30 minutes with no utensils; while the plates were getting cold with no water. The party of 15 people next to us complained to the manager because the service was terrible, and the couple beside us complained as well.
