Well, I’m a reservations are OpenTable at 9:15pm on a Tuesday. I showed up and they tell me they close early. 
The worst place to dine at. We were seated in the Blue Room, which is what they called it. The server took our order and we waited forever for one plate at a time, she brought one plate every 30 minutes with no utensils; while the plates were getting cold with no water. The party of 15 people next to us complained to the manager because the service was terrible, and the couple beside us complained as well. Booked reservation, just to be told when we showed up that they only had appetizers and were closing early. Was unfortunate, we were really looking forward to having dinner here. Manager was nice about the situation but there was no heads up. With it being late we had to quickly try to find somewhere to eat.
I went on a Wednesday night and there were only 2 other parties. We were seated fairly quickly given there were only 2 parties. When we looked at the menu, many dishes looked so intriguing. Apparently, they do not substitute or add on, the only moderations include removing items from the dish, which I thought is odd. However, we ordered a queso fundido and frankly, it was not good. After being seated we left after 30 minutes of not being served. Even after a work asked us if we had been helped yet. Would not return. Very unprofessional
Service took forever even during a slow time when the place was pretty empty. They got orders wrong, the waitresses were not the best and blamed each other for mistakes. Food was not great, ok at best. Drink prices are ridiculous, $16 for a michi. Such a shame for such a nice looking place, to have such awful service. Not worth going back in my opinion.
Food was ok. Drinks were great! Chips were not great. The music was so outrageously loud the servers couldn’t even hear us to order. There was no reason to have it that loud in such a small space. We left early, with a headache. Turn down your music and get better chips, winning. Pozole is top tier.
Food not great for prices. Tacos more like in the less than $5 range . certainly not $12/ per taco.
