We have been clients with Ethan Allen for years, and have always had a positive experience. This year, we decided to do a complete makeover of our living room. We met with Nanette Baker at the Garden City location. From the beginning of the project to completion, Nanette was hands on throughout the whole process. She came to our house to assess what we needed, as well as take final measurements, to make sure everything ordered was going to fit. From then on she guided us through every aspect. Her knowledge of product, combined with her sense of style, produced a beautiful room, that was way above our expectations. My husband and I met Donna Classi seven years ago when she helped us select beautiful new living room furniture. Ethan Allen quality can't be beat, and we were thrilled to work with Donna again this year on our new family and dining rooms. Donna is fantastic!! She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and cares about her customers' happiness. She is also very patient and helped us balance our diiferent tastes, to create designs that made both of us very happy. Her guidance resulted in two new rooms that we absolutely love!! We look forward to working with her again in the future.
