Everything was wonderful with our experience. We were buying a new couch after many years and Alicia Kim helped us determine the perfect couch for us. She was very knowledge and quickly figured out great fabric suggestions based on our taste; and her personality suited us perfectly being low key and not pressured. Renee from the delivery department was also a pleasure to deal with. We needed time to donate our old couch and coordinate with the delivery of our new couch. She was supportive and accommodating which was exa... read more

04/2024. Recently made a large purchase involving bedroom furniture and carpets from EA in Garden City, Long Island. Our sales designer/ representative, Monica Lipton, was professional and thorough from our first interaction up until our final purchase a few months later. Monica periodically checked in on us through email but was not sales driven. She appeared to be more concerned with our satisfaction over just making a sale. Monica was a pleasure to work with and we wouldn’t hesitate recommending Monica to any of our frien... read more

ALICIA KIM assisted my wife and I, she took the time to show us different options, listened to what we liked/didi not like, she also provided guidance on selecting a cohesive look! It was a very good experience and will defiantly be a repeat customer!

Monica Lipton was referred to us by our son when we were looking for a swivel glider chair. Monica was very knowledgeable and helpful in making our selection of chair style and fabric. She completed the sale quickly and efficiently. We would definitely shop with Monica again.

Alicia Kim at Ethan Allen Garden City was assigned to me as I roamed the store in search of a new couch. When I mentioned I was going to ask someone I knew for advice on rearranging my living room, she told me Ethan Allen offers that as an in-home service. She came to my home at our arranged appointment time. She again listened and noted all m... read more

We have made several purchases at the Garden City Ethan Allen store. We love their furniture, and especially enjoy working with designer Evelyn Chin. She has gotten to know us very well, and knows what we like. On each of our visits she has treated us with great patience, guiding us in selecting exactly the right items for our home. Thank you, Evelyn. We are looking forward to seeing you again very soon.

I first contacted my nearby EA design center for assistance with fabric selection and reupholstery. I became acquainted with my designer, Nanette Baker, who assisted me. She was very helpful and listened to my needs and concerns, which she addressed thoroughly. I have since relied on her for other design advice for other spaces in my home. The experience has been wonderful and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
