Robert Nelson is why we visited Ethan Allen Garden City. His design skill in helping us to create two beautiful dining chairs was a joy. He also directed us to our new dining table - a sample sale piece that allowed us to host 10 friends for dinner on fairly short notice. Robert and the Ethan Allen aesthetic are the reasons that our place is so beautiful!

We moved a number of months ago and was neglectful in finishing up one area. We new we needed two chairs and possibly a small table. A few weeks back we visited Ethan Allen ( Garden City) and was introduced to Monica Lipton. We selected chairs however not certain if the size would work. I had the pleasure of working with Monica Lipton. I needed to buy furniture for my home while dealing with major renovations. She listened to what I said about wanting it be a home and not a house and pulled everything together for me. The whole experience was made so much easier because of her. I had a great experience shopping for my chair. Annie was excellent! Very nice and pleasant, extremely professional. I appreciated that she did not hover while my designer and I walked around the store. I would definitely recommend Ethan Allen and Annie to friends and family. The reason I did not give 5 stars is your shipping fee. It is ridiculous!!!!!! I am spending $300 to shop an $1800 chair. This is unacceptable and you need to review your policy. I also feel you should offer a first responder discount to RN’s.
